Payment and transaction data. When you deposit or withdraw funds on lagacuan, we collect transaction details—amount, timestamp, payment method, and account identifiers. We do not store your credit card number, bank account number, or digital wallet credentials; these are handled directly by your payment processor (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) using encrypted payment gateways. We log every transaction for audit purposes and to detect fraud or money laundering. All transactions are reviewed by our compliance team before settlement.

Betting and gaming activity. We record your betting history on lagacuan—which matches you bet on (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF fixtures), which live casino games you play (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), and your bet amounts, odds, and outcomes. We use this data to calculate your account balance, settle your bets, and detect fraudulent patterns. This data is encrypted and stored on our servers. We may anonymize your betting data (removing your name and contact details) for internal analysis and product improvement, but we do not sell individual betting records to third parties.

Device and usage data. Our lagacuan app collects device information—your phone model, operating system, app version, and IP address—to track app crashes, optimize performance, and ensure compatibility. Device logs and usage data are retained for one year and then automatically deleted. Identity verification documents (KYC scans) are retained for seven years and then securely destroyed.

Third-party processors and data sharing. Our lagacuan platform uses third-party services for payments, hosting, and email. When you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or bank transfer, your transaction is processed by those payment providers directly; we do not receive your banking credentials. Our email provider (used for account notifications) is contractually bound to handle your data only as we instruct. Our web and app hosting providers are based in multiple jurisdictions and are contractually required to maintain encryption and comply with data protection standards. We may disclose your data to law enforcement, regulators, or courts if legally required. We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

You can delete these cookies by clearing your browser cache or app data; this will log you out of lagacuan but will not delete your account.

Data security on lagacuan. We protect your data with industry-standard SSL encryption for all traffic between your device and our servers. Your password is hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Your identity documents and payment transaction details are encrypted at rest on our servers. We conduct regular security audits and maintain encrypted backups for disaster recovery. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute protection against sophisticated attacks. If you believe your lagacuan account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
